Student

Our Student Membership is available to individuals currently engaged in full-time or part-time studies at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. This membership is designed to support students as they build foundational knowledge and explore career paths in civil protection, emergency management, and related fields. The Member (MICPEM) designation is awarded to academics and professional practitioners actively working in civil protection, emergency management, and related fields. This membership level recognises individuals with demonstrated expertise and commitment to advancing industry standards. As a Member, you gain access to a range of exclusive resources, professional development opportunities, and the post-nominal letters MICPEM, signifying your affiliation with a respected community of experts and your dedication to excellence in the field.

Our Associate Membership is ideal for individuals who may not yet have the formal qualifications or extensive experience in civil protection or emergency management but share a strong interest in our mission and objectives. This membership offers a gateway into the field, providing access to resources, networking opportunities, and events that foster knowledge and engagement. As an Associate Member, you can connect with like-minded professionals, deepen your understanding, and actively contribute to the advancement of resilience and disaster preparedness.

The Fellow (FICPEM) designation is awarded to professionals with substantial experience and a distinguished background in civil protection, emergency management, or closely related fields. This prestigious level of membership recognises advanced expertise, leadership, and significant contributions to the profession. As a Fellow, you are entitled to use the post-nominal letters FICPEM, reflecting your esteemed status within the industry and your commitment to driving progress and excellence in emergency management and resilience.
